God loves us so much He gave His Son, Jesus!

Gospel Reflection for the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity

In today’s gospel, Saint John tells us that God loved the world so much, that he gave His only son for us to have eternal life. We sinned against God and hurt Him very much. But instead of punishing us, He gave us the greatest present of all by sending His son Jesus to save us.

Sin separated us from God, but because He loves us more than we can imagine, He never gave up on us. He wanted to give us all a chance to love Him so that when we die, we can go to Heaven and spend eternity with Him.
